    But in general I just think that the dynamics of the creditor-debtor relationship is easier if you involve a third party, ideally one that knows what it's doing and doesn't charge a fee!

    In this situation, the OP has engaged CCCS and so can quote OFT guidance and refer all DCA calls to them. The offers should be accepted and the calls should soon settle down.
