Just managed to switch to monthly DD and...
I was wondering, is it best to underpay or overpay? I have a feeling at the level I have set my payments I will end up owing money on gas + elec. Will they send me red DEMAND notices? or will they just adjust my dd in the future?
it's Southern Electric for both, btw, if anyone has any experience. Anyone know how often SE review dd amounts?

Your DD will be estimated and then adjusted. Best to pay what you need to to cover your usage - of course you need a year's figures for that. Most review annually but it seems to be common to review twice a year now. Your account, as a new DD customer, should be reviewed after the first quarter although they may not bother contacting you if the DD is about right or in their favour.0
