Can i cancel my Travelex card

Need some advice on the best way to cancel my Travelex card. I went on holiday and loaded the cost of my hotel onto a Travelex Card so i would not have to carry a large sum of cash around with me. However i did not know that they hold back a certain amount of money (about 15%) for what they call 'tolerence' which stopped me from using the full amount on the card until the payment is authorised. This 15% is now available again on the card, but as i dont want to use the service ever again i want to know the best way to get my money out without lots of charges. From reading through the terms and conditions they charge £15.
