just outta interest, those who ordered on their account, what does your balance show? My slot was at 11pm, finished ordering before midnight, got confirmation email but my balance shows as £0.00

Is the balance updated when order is placed, or when goods are despatched?

I ordered around 5pm last night and my balance stayed the same until this morning - I was getting worried so kept checking it lol

I've just received an email from next saying its free next day delivery if i order anytime until 5, does this mean we'll get free delivery from our orders yesterday?

I spent all night thinking should I, shouldn't I. Well I should have.

I have just put through an order through the vip sales listing pages and hope they go through half price. Knowing my luck the issues have been resolved and I won't. My next account has already been debited by the full price amount. So fingers crossed, but I can always send back if they don't.

they dont usually let you have free delivery in the vip sale? but maybe those who ordered before 5 might do, if you got free delivery it would show in the email confirmation

Just wondering why is it that people say that if things are on a 1-2 week delivery time we won't get them?(I hope we will). Is there a specific reason? It's just that I've ordered full price clothes this year which say 1-2 weeks and they still turn up.

I ordered at 4.30 but didn't get free delivery. If I logged into the normal account there was a box for codes (though I don't think you needed it for the Christmas free delivery) but when I logged into the VIP account there was no little box for any code.

if its on 1-2 weeks its what the anticipate others will return, which i dont know how they can guess. about 50% off my delayed items i received last sale

I read a tip off on hot deals to order stuff on delay just before the sale and it would come at sale prices, said on here no way would it work but hey presto stuff came today (despite delay) at half price! Don't know if it was just their technical issues but it worked a treat! Wish I'd ordered more now.
The courier said he wasn't very busy either so I think lots of people aren't even spending money in the sales.
