Next VIP Sale

They had the sale price on yesterday & on todays delivery notes, mind you I have a delivery note missing for all these jeans I'm going to have to send back:rolleyes:

That's infuriating when you order your size and it doesn't fit, especially since you already own the same ones!! Next can be a bit hit or miss. I'm still wearing a pair of size 8 black trousers that I bought years ago from Next and there's no way I'm a size 8 - they were definitely wrongly labelled LOL. I'll be happy if I at least get the goods I ordered. I usually get something that doesn't belong to me and it has to be returned :rotfl: :rotfl:

When i went through the link via email at my allotted time i didn't have the tick box to buy the item, therefore i went through quick shop and as i said all the items showed as full price with the wording 'sale price' below in red

LOL, me too, although I like to think that actually I am a size 8 and it's all my other clothes that are labelled wrongly! :rotfl::rotfl:

Strawberry shortcake, I wouldn't worry if they come through at full price, that happened to me last year (& quite a few others I think) I rang CS & they asked me to let them know what I was keeping & they'd be charged at the sale price. If you ordered through the VIP link & at your allotted time shouldn't be a problem

When I went through, at my allotted time, there was a page on the Next websitethat said something like: You are within your allotted VIP time slot. It then gave 2 options, one to click on to shop in the sale and one for something else. I used quickshop (I always do in the sale) but the only prices displayed were the sale prices and the total price it gave me at the end was the total of the sale prices. When I went through the site earlier on (4.30pm) I entered one of my items, to see if I could get it earlier. It gave the full price but underneath in red said 'sale price' but didn't actually give the sale price, iykwim? This was totally different from what you saw if you went through quickshop in the VIP sale page.
I would give Next a ring, especially as you were within your allotted time (they should have records of your time slot and what time you bought at). The only problem may be that their system may take a while to update and it may not show your purchases on their computers yet. Can't remember how long it takes for them to be able to see the orders.

(sorry this is off topic, but does anyone know where to find that link someone posted that has the list of dates for sales at other stores?
am being brave and doing some more crimbo shopping tomorrow, so want to plan in advance the best places to go to)
