    Normally open 0800-2300 but pretty sure that this is a vip sale number so could differ slightly although can't imagine it would be much different. Hope you sort your computer out :)

    l not recieved no email confo and l placed my order 3 hrs ago over the phone, after l had problems with my link.... ummm not looking good :(

    even though my slot was at 5 I noticed a lot of childrenswear was already sold out even though slots didnt start until 4.30! also a lot of the womenswear i wanted was sold out by the time i got to checkout
    Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

    You dont get an email confirmation if you order over the phone,I had this worry last sale but all my items came
