this is driving me mad, after all my whinging about not getting a slot, i have just received an email saying Im a VIP problem is when i log in there is still no where to book a slot, what section is it under as i cant find anythnig there? I have got the email but nothing showing when i log in? Anyone else have this problem? x

baby - why dont you try ringing and saying cant go online and try to do it over the phone? might work and get ur order through quicker

Sorry this may ahve been covered but are the sale prices showing or does everyone just have 'sale price' in red below the normal price?

I had this problem too. I placed my first order through in the first 20 minutes after my 5pm slot cause I was worried that I would loose some of my most essential/wanted stuff and I'm pretty sure I clicked 'confirm' and I then logged back in before my slot finished and went through with some more stuff which I got a confirmation e-mail through straight away but still no sign of the first e-mail for my most wanted stuff. I started panicking and spent 10 minutes waiting on the Next customer service line just to speak to them and confirm that it had gone through and thankfully it had - phew.... Still no e-mail though and I wanted to check how much it all came too and how long it is going to take cause alot said 5 working days and 1-2 weeks.
After my second order I tried to log in and it wouldn't work cause I had gone over my half hour time slot but I didn't need anything else (already spent over £800 on five of us!!) so I'm not too worried but I don't know how other people are able to do it.
Did anyone notice that there was an option to have it delivered to my local store for free on my checkout page.. I would have tried this but don't drive and didn't want to be lugging loads of stuff back on the bus!!
Good luck everyone who still has slots to order from - I hope you get what you want (I got about 90% of mine) and merry christmas....

Well, mine all done. I've missed out on there being nothing left for 2 years now in all sales - usually would have done it after the kids were in bed but I made them a ready meal and let them run riot for an hour...... bad mummy!!

All ordered - some were sold out and some numbers were not recognised - had to place it in 2 orders in the end and after a lot of umming and ahhing went back for the sofa bed they had in the sale - was debating between the 2 but one had gone so that left me one choice.

I have spent *gulp* over £1000. Some will go back though as I've ordered selections of sizes.

Rather interestingly my credit balance has already gone down so I wonder if this means it is being picked.... It would be lovely to get some of it before Xmas. Also ordered the 2 Sat Navs - one is not as described but it does not say what it is so I thought 'whatever, one can go back'. I got one for hubby for Xmas but a cheaper version - so I will return that for a refund and tell him to choose from what is coming!

Sale price was showing for me...

Not sure who said re baby clothes being available..but I struggled at 4.50pm....

I tried logging in before my slot and then it showed sale price above the full price, but once I logged in to my slot it showed correctly.

Nextjunkie - so glad u found what you wanted. I got nearly everything and spent around £120 but the boots I loved were sold out ... and had to get DD a jacket in 11-12 not 9-10 though she tried it on in the shop this morning and it was OK - so plenty of room to grow into!!!
