Really, you must have got in there and booked as soon as they became available. If you don't mind me asking....do you know what time you got on to book yours?

an item i ordered for delivery tomorrow has been reduced in the sale, so i rang asking them to amend the price as ive a slot for 5pm and it would be less hassle than reordering and returning the other and i was told they cant do this! seems silly, fair enough if i wasnt a vip for today

the credit limit we have.... is there anyway we can go over it???
Not sure, but in the sale t&c it states that they may limit the number of items you can have in your shopping basket, during busy periods. This may mean you can't order as much as your credit limit is, unless you're ordering expensive items like furniture.
Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j
