I just had a phone call from Next Customer Services, offering me a telephone ordering slot? I booked 5-6pm Monday, but explained I had already reserved an internet VIP slot (5-5.30pm Monday, same as everyone!). He said 'Yes but I think there's been some sort of problem with those so would you like a telephone slot as well?' :eek:

It says in the email confirmation that sale items will not be delivered until 29th at the earliest. They have in the past delivered them before Christmas but this is unlikely this year.

I haven't received an invitation this year (always had one in the past), but my Mum (who hasn't even got a directory this year) has been given one - where's the sense in that?!!

maybe just a problem with your booking?

doesnt seem as though they have rang anyone else and its showing as 5pm under my account. also checked hot uk deals too and nobody there has mentioned a call either

also noticed there are LOADS of slots left still which is very unusual, they have them available as early as 6pm tomorrow, now normally all the slots for the 1st 2 days have gone by now
