Yeah, just give them a bell. It will show on their screen if its been picked and left the warehouse. They've always been helpful when i called.

I'd say some stuff will come tomorrow. Staff probably worked on Xmas Eve, possibly on Boxing Day because the sale started but the couriers do not often work Saturdays or Sundays (unless you get VERY lucky) so this is why we have not had it before. When I placed my order last Monday it said delivery within 7-10 days.

I can order at 5pm on Sunday and get the order on Monday so I guess it gets delivered overnight and the courier gets it early am to get packed and ready for posting out. I can imagine they are going to be swamped though so if it comes it comes, if not then it'll be here sooner or later.

Just checked my account and the credit balance has decreased so something is happening along the way. I can only arrange a return for Wednesday or Monday 5th though!

I'm a Next courier and our first day back is tomorrow the 29th.
blue_monkey, if your having something delivered tomorrow, the courier can also pick up, just let them know to ignore the return request on the 5th.
lexilex, Next will know if the courier has your items for delivery tomorrow.

just checked my account, and it isnt showing my order. i ordered on 22nd at 5pm, and have a confirmation email. Can you normally view orders online, or does it only show payments?
