    How do you view the previews? theyve never sent me an email so ive never knew about it

    I had a 5.30-6pm slot on Day 1 of the sale, and I haven't received anything yet - usually I get a delivery the next day, or day after that. Most of what I ordered was supposed to be available straight away. Maybe I'll get something tomorrow.

    Same for me, (except my slot was 5-5.30) not had a thing! Called yesterday and they said nothing has been dispatched.

    I'm sure they stated the VIP delivery's would not be received until the 29th. Some people had their order finished before 5pm and therefore managed to get the last day of delivery.

    I really can't see why people are making a fuss about 'not receiving my order' when it clearly stated the 29th.

    Next workers/couriers deserve days off as well as us....

    Of course they deserve days off, i completely agree with you, but they have still been working. Last xmas my courier delivered some of my sale stuff on xmas eve as he didn't want it cluttering up his place.
    I'm not making a fuss about it, just stating that as yet i haven't received anything, yet other who placed orders after 5pm have.

    The site is back up & running now with the new catalogue :)

    I've managed to arrange a return for 2moro so hopefully everything will be back to normal & i'll get my huge parcels then!! missed the excitement of getting them before xmas LOL
