Orange broadband email address

I'm trying to find an email address for Orange to request a mac code. I've searched their help and support (that's a laugh) and can't find any info apart from an address and phone number - premium rate !!Any ideas or pointers please

Looks like they only give out MAC codes via premium number or letter.Laters
