Group travel insurance

I am planning a 2 week trip to the USA with my 4 nephews in August. I already have annual worldwide insurance for myself. I need to find cheap insurance for them. I was hopeing for group insurance. They are two sets of brothers (ages 23+15, 18+16). Moneysupermarket.com wasn't helpful for groups - and I can't classify them as family, as they have two separate addresses. Help!!!!

I've used direct travel for me and OH - we don't live together but they have policies for people travelling together... i'm not sure whether lots of other places do similar things...:happyhear0
