HELP! Any Excel 2007 Macro Experts here?

I am desperately trying to finish an assignment and I am stuck...
I am using Excel 2007 and I have a workbook with several sheets. Essentially it is a mathematical model (Sheet 'ENG'), an Input sheet ('INPUT') and an output sheet ('OUTPUT'). I have loads of arrays of data in the Input sheet and each array is 10 rows by 8 columns. Each row of input data is fed into the same cells on the ENG sheet and the output is 1 row by 6 columns. All I am trying to do is automate the input of each consecutive row of data and output to a new row every time.
Any ideas? Does anyone know of any specialist forums that might be able to help?
I'd really appreciate any help because I have tried a number of different permutations of absolute and relative references without any success.
Thanks in advance!

Try this to get to a new row...
Range("a1").Select 'starting cell
Selection.End(xlDown).Select ' selects last cell in column with data in
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select 'selects cell 1 row down and 0 rows across.0
