We rent a shop from which i run a small business.Above us are 3 flats which all have private pre payment pound coin meters.We have our electric meter read and it includes all 3 flats and our shop electric.We then empty the meters and pay the bill.
I thought this months bill was high so on checking ,i found day time units were nil used.
We rung Eon up to ask why and they found that since last October there meter has been faulty and all the units have gone on night time.They said they should have picked up on this and will repair it Monday
Where will i stand,I am worried i will now have a massive bill
