Bix Fix Messages not viewable

I've had my pc for a year and for the first time today big fix popped up a message, so i clicked to open it but it doesn't show the message, just a page with a small red x in the corner. I can click fixlet info about the message which says big fix id 230, but I can't view it.
Any suggestions welcomed!
