Car warranty cover

My employer is launching a scheme whereby one's car is covered for repairs (parts and labour) for an annual fee from approx £150 pa providing the car is less than 8 years old and has done less than 80,000 miles. My car has done over 100,000 miles so I would not be eligible but I wondered if there are other similar policies out there as I'd never heard of such standalone policies on cars and this could really save me on repair costs. Unexpected car repair costs are the main expenses that throw my budget off course time and time again!
The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.

There are policies from 3rd party warranty providers but they are notorious for refusing claims! They often include failure due to wear & tear not covered and almost anything can be deemed failed because of wear & tear.
Rather keep the money in a savings accountHappiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
