Thanks, does that then mean that the court appreance is just to have the SD set aside by a judge. I'm not likely to have any surprises when I turn up am I. As I said not received any correspondance from 1st credit nor connaught since January after I CCa them. Do I just tell the judge that.
Just want to be sure neither connaught nor 1st credit are gonna come up with any surprise on the day.
