  • Thanks, does that then mean that the court appreance is just to have the SD set aside by a judge. I'm not likely to have any surprises when I turn up am I. As I said not received any correspondance from 1st credit nor connaught since January after I CCa them. Do I just tell the judge that.

    Just want to be sure neither connaught nor 1st credit are gonna come up with any surprise on the day.

    can't say for sure, but is your debt in dispute - are you contesting their right to claim it?
