Ultravixen .co.uk - Avoid like the plague!!

I ordered some christmas presents for my sister on November 1st (Trying to get all my shopping out of the way early) and the £19.02 was taken off my card the same day.

Today is 10th December - I have received no item, just the original "here is your order" email. I have sent various polite emails and received no response. I then started to get angry and bombard them with copies of the emails and emails saying they have rubbish customer service, etc - I have now sent around 70-80 emails to any contact emails I could find:

I tried ringing on the number listed in various places online: 0114 270 0666 and it says there is a problem with the number!

What can I do now? I am fuming. Whatever you do DO NOT use this website they are useless!!!! :mad:

  • If you paid by credit card, contact your card company and tell them that you haven't received the goods and you wish to do a chargeback.

  • No, it doesn't have to be over £100 if the goods haven't been provided and you can't get a refund. You will need to contact your credit card company and ask them to get the money back for you. It might be worth emailing ultravixen one more time to tell them that unless you get your goods or a refund then you will have no alternative but it issue a chargeback - you might find they respond to that! Good luck anyway.
