Land of leather help please

Hi im hoping i can get some help its a VERY long story but a yeah ago we bought a sofa from land of leather and the feet were missing on one sofa afer an endless battle they put the feet on after 8 months and they dont match someone is supposed to come out andgive me a matching set and they dont respond to my letters ive sent 3 ive spoke to the store who kep advising me to write and i dont know what to do i paid in full on the day on my debit card and i want a 100% product not a mismatched one who can i speak to about this ???

You have two options
1 Go to citizens advice who will more than likely get in touch with Land of Leather and try to sort it that way or-
2. You can send them one more letter giving them 14 days to sort out your problem or at least to give you a definite date as to when they will after which you will go through the small claims track to get recompense

For what it is worth Land of Leather would seem to be experiencing very difficult trading conditions
