Should I sell to this buyer?

Hi all. I've sold some BMW headlights on Ebay for £70 plus £15 postage. The buyer had emailed early into the auction to ask me my reserve. He had zero feedback but I emailed him my reserve of £70. Here is the auction HERE.
It's some time since I had an auction on Ebay and I didn't specify any requirements such as instant payment, verified addresses etc, zero feedback.
So I'm now left in a dilema as to whether to send it or not. I was expecting no contact but it appears that there was a payment after 11pm last night and request to post asap.

This means that they have confirmed their account details with paypal to verify their identity - normally by placing two small amounts into the receiving bank account, then the buyer confirms those amounts back to paypal. There are no such things as confirmed or unconfirmed addresses any longer, this changed a few months ago and there is a post in the Useful Links sticky at the top of the forum that outlines the recent changes.
Make sure you send these by special delivery, or another courier with some tracking/signature on delivery - car styling and modification items have a nasty habit "of not being received", or more accurately "i aint got it yet innit"
Just because the ebay account is low feedback, it does not mean that the user is a newbie, and especially with a verified paypal account, it would suggest this user has experience of eBay, and may have other accounts.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Thanks Steve. I was wary because of the zero feedback especially. I couldn't find the words confirmed or unconfirmed either and so this also worried me. Anyway I'll try to get hold of a courier.

Which puts me back on a worried setting! Does this information make the transaction look more suspicious ?

The addresses on eBay and paypal do not necessarily have to match. the eBay address is generally their registered or home address, but paypal can offer any number of address options, works, friends, family etc.
I notice the phone number from eBay is a Kent code though, not a North London prefix? I think it would be worth a quick phonecall to clarify with the buyer though.
To ensure you are covered, make sure it is sent to the address on the paypal transaction. As before, these sort of items are attractive to the wrong sort of buyer!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
I've rang the phone number made available as contact information through Ebay. It is a phone number for a business premises. The buyer apparently no longer works there but he did know the buyer, he may have moved to another store. I think I'll send with proof of delivery of course.

There is such a thing as confirmed and unconfirmed addresses in Paypal. I took a payment on the weekend which says confirmed and eligible for full seller protection, previous to that the week before the address was unconfirmed so I had only partial seller protection(not including fraud)
It is still very important to ensure you post to confirmed addresses. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

How do I check wheteher it's been confirmed or not. I've been trying to book a courier. However when I put the delivery address postcode in it gives a list of possible house numbers of 1, 2 or 3 however the house number I've been given on the Paypal address is 68? I don't know what to do now especially as the account was only set up on the 28th of November. What would you do in my position at the moment?

Just showed u a copy of what mine says. There is more info but cant block out the buyers address to show u. Anyway you sign into Paypal and click into the transaction at the top it will have the buyers address underneath it, it will say unconfirmed or confirmed. it will say above this whether you have seller protection either eligible, ineligible or partial. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
