Amazon not delivering (for free) by Christmas

I e-mailed them today and although the reply was pretty generic, they did apologise and advised they would "push" my order through to get it quicker.

Lo and behold, 95% goods have now been despatched.

I ordered 2 dvds on Sunday, one turned up on tuesday and I am still waiting on the other. That was with free postage.

I think it might have been this - the complete set ie ALL the series. Not £49.99 any more though £59.odd , but still better than the £179.99 RRP.

I'm very impressed with Amazon today. I placed an order for an external hard drive for my computer on Monday 8th, and since I didn't need it urgently I opted for the free delivery and so I was not surprised to have the checkout tell me estimated despatch would be 11th December and estimated delivery window 16th - 22nd December.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I found it waiting on the doorstep first thing this morning Friday 12th. Full marks for that one Amazon; thankyou for the speedy service and for saving me some money. :T

I ordered a load last xmas from Amazon, free super delivery on everything some items were delivered by SPECIAL delivery within 2 days of ordering - was very impressed!!!

mmmmm That is cheap a bit to cheap really must be a misprint/error on the product somewhere.

Might find disc 6 is "debbie does dallas" or something:rotfl:
