French Buyer Says They Are Being Blocked From Paying??

Hi

I sold some china and I have had a message from the buyer (who is in France) stating when she goes to pay via Paypal a message is coming up saying blocked. Her english is not the best and nor is my French so trying to sort out is very difficult. Any ideas why she is being blocked??

Im sure it is not a problem my end as ive had other payments but im not sure what to advice her to do??

Any ideas how we could resolve or what the problem may be??

Just a thought, have you checked to see that your paypal id is correct on the listing? If you have entered it wrong then paypal wont take the payment.
