Not receiving Child Benefit.

Well, the title isn't strictly true, we are for our older child, but not for our younger one. I sent a webform 3 weeks ago to change my bank details, but nothing happen, it went into the old bank. So I called them and did the change over the phone. Last week, the higher rate went into the new account, but not for the younger child. I waited until Wed and then called them, did the same again. Yesterday, same problem. It's not going into the old bank, we're just not receiving it. So what shall I do now, it's probably cost me £6 to call them, now I need to do it again.

If you need to call them you can use a landline number if it is cheaper - www.saynoto0870.com
0191 225 1144
0161 210 3086
Both of these numbers are shown as landlines for you to use.0 -
