Car park at the O2 arena

Hi,
I am looking for parking near the o2 arena. We're going to a concert on Thursday and all the tickets for the main carpark have sold out. On their website they say that if you are going to the cinema there then you get free parking in carpark 4, but you have to have cinema ticket to show so that you can get an exit ticket. Me and my other half are going but I was thinking about just buying one cinema ticket which is about £8 so that we can use the carpark, has anyone else tried this?:huh:
