Problems with page not refreshing.

Can anyone help.
when I am on monesavingexpert.com forum the pages never refresh. the date always say that it is from today but the page is from a week ago. this has been happening for a while.
Has anyone any ideas what is wrong with my computer or what I can do to fix it???????

What web browser are you using?0

Go to tools (top right) > delete browsing history > click delete all > tick the box also delete files and settings stored by add ons > yes. then close everything, restart the pc and see if it works then, tell us how it goes
