    Hello bigfoot125

I'll move your thread to the 'Motoring & Public Transport' board.

  • Which direction will you be heading for after the event?
  • going toward a55 north wales
  • Ive used the Printworks one before after a Concert. Was about the same price as the MEN (about £7).

It was great, got out very quickly (first out) and no trouble walking up to it as alot of people were walking up to the metro station.

Last time we used the MEN car park our car door got kiked in - Obviously paying £8 for the added security:rolleyes: .
  • you could always park on great ducie street its only across the road and is free...

Ducie Street is your best bet, even if you arrive early and have to pay it's only about £2.50, you approach as if you were going to the arena car park but turn down the road facing the entrance, imediately turn right (ignoring the men in fluorescent jackets directing you to go straight on) you can then go either left or right into one of the 2 car parks
  • Sorry, I don't know the area but we came via the M62 and on the route we followed, within a mile of the Arena, every privately owned carpark (like businesses) seemed to have a guy in a flourescent jacket holding up a sign saying "Park Here". I think we paid £5, which I didn't think was too bad and it was only about 15 minutes walk to the arena all straight and flat too, but there were some closer to the arena.
