wallpapering (fresco that im providing) then emulsioned,ceiling emulsioned and all woodwork glossed.they are providing the paint £275 is this fair in nottinghamshire decent sized bedroom ex coal authority house.

too cheap IMHO , i wouldn't do it for less than £300ish depends on seeing it i suppose

Not a bad price, if its straight forward like you described, approx 2-3 days work.

But..... if they have to strip the existing paper, and do the prep, ie filling of cracks on walls etc, then UC woodwork and top coat, as well as painting ceiling at least 2 coats, then you are quids in.:D
