Can I just ask - what colour is your debit card? Did you get a blue one or a green one?

FYP, it's a blue one... is there a difference between a green one and a blue one?:j BR on 09/12/08 :j

The updates keep a-coming...!
In the post today, letter from OR (codes TRTLB and NORAD) stating:
I, Mr.X, the Official Receiver and trustee of YOURS GUILTY AS CHARGED M'LUD, give notice that "Insufficient assets have been realised to enable a dividend to be paid to creditors".
I intend to apply to the Secretary of State for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for my release as trustee.
I'm assuming this is all just procedure as normal, I'm just surprised how quickly it's all happening... wishful thinking makes me hope an ED is on the cards...!
Interestingly, they also attached a printout of the Case Summary of Receipts and Payments Report, which states:
Posting Code RR02 Deposit on Debtors own Petition = £345.00+
Posting Code FE11 Bankruptcy Admin Fee = £1715.00-
Account Balance = £1370.00-
Wow, who has to stump up that missing £1370 then...?!:j BR on 09/12/08 :j

Ok, so it's been quite a while since the last post, but today I got my Automatic Discharge, as it's been exactly 12 months! Huzzah!
Not heard from anyone since February, no "Have your circumstances changed" nor any paperwork for an ED... just so happy it's all over and done with now.
So what's the next step... something about repairing your credit file, if I recall correctly...?:j BR on 09/12/08 :j
