Recently bought wireless keyboard and mouse package , had problems installing it and after asking for advice was pleasantly surprised when replacement arrived soon afterwards .
Replacement works well , 7 day shop confirmed they don't expect the old one back . Nice touch these days .:j

Did you have a problem connecting the keyboard to the computer?
I have had two and neither have connected0 -
no tech expert and was pleasantly surprised second unit worked well after charging for 24 hours and pre-installing drivers . Maybe updating XP pro to SP3 had something to do with it , gave the first one away and frankly was never 100% confident in wireless keyboards. 0
