Winebank Voucher

Mutton Geoff: I am sorry if you did not take my comments in the spirit they were meant. I am still laughing at the thought that someone takes the vouchers and applies them to his existing account. That is what I was praising you for.
As far as the terms and conditions are concerned, I have been to the web site and read them and in section 12 it describes the "£20 a month" part of the deal. The rep said that it was all explained on the voucher and it isn't.
What I believed at the time was that I had a voucher for a straight sale at a wine shop with lots of money off which made the wine just cheap enough not to bother to go to Tesco's. If I paid in £60 I got 12 bottles. I didn't expect all the complications and small print.
I intend to keep it simple in future and go to the shop personally. It's not my fault your honour, they made me do it.0 -

The Virgin website accepted my voucher ok and showed a £40 credit in My Account.:beer:0
