hi,

would you loose your own no claims bonus, if you had an accident in a company vehicle?

the company insures the employee to drive the company vehicle which now has very minor damage, and very minor damage to another vehicle.

even though the accident happened in the company vehicle with company insurance would he loose his own personal 4 years no claims bonus gained from insuring his own vehicle?

No he won't lose his bonus, but he should report the accident when he renews his policy. Some people say report straight away, at the end of the day it is up to him when to do it and his policy might say something like "all changes of circumstances should be reported immediately".
