Advisable combi boiler size?

Can I have some idea please from a knowing friend? :) What are the minimum and average advisable KW or BTU outputs for a combi to serve a three bed kink detached with two occupants? As well as hot water it has to serve:
2x26" double radiators; 2x33" doubles; 1x63" single; 1x44" single;
1x26" low level that goes under kitchen breakfast corner. double will grille on top; hated towel airer 600x1150 mm. Inch sizes are approximate.

    70-90k btu should do fine, if your planning on an extension in the future adding another 2-3 rooms then go for 90-120k btu.
