afternoon all - was at the dentist this morning.. had a filling and partial tooth come out last week, it was kinda round the side but the gap was so unattractive, and as i ain't that bonnie i need all my teeth at least to feel semi attractive. Thankfully dentist has patched me up and smile is back on...!

Not much else to report... was at runclub last night and did 5k in 39 minutes... Yay me!

    There is ALWAYS A LINE!

You may have a line but once bub arrives, that line is very wavy and highly flexible! all bets are off and a whole new set of boundaries appear!!!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • woo hoo, excellent Linda!

  • Feeding in the bath is great actually, the warmth helps your letdown and it can ease a lot of bf-ing problems, help with engorgement etc. Calms the babe down loads as well and helps with bonding. Bit offended at it being described as 'ew'.

  • Bathing with your baby is lovely and if you are feeding yourself then it does become a very natural thing to do when you are there anyway. Not sure it would be quite the same with a bottle though.
