Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents, aged over 18 excluding BISSELL Homecare Ltd employees (and their families), their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The promotion runs from 12 December 2008 to 23 December 2008 with daily prize draws. The first draw will take place on 13 December 2008 and the last on 24 December 2008.
3. To enter the prize draw: enter your email address on the homepage of this website. All Web entries received between 00:00 and 23:59 on any day will be entered into the following days Daily Draw.
4. Once an entry is received, it will automatically be entered into all remaining Daily Draws, for the duration of the promotion. There is no need to enter each day.
5. The prizes: there will be three prizes given away on a daily basis from 13 December (day 1) to 24 December (day 12): 1 x BISSELL AromaPro Deep Cleaner, 1 x BISSELL Flip-It Hard Floor Cleaner, 1 x BISSELL Pet Hair Eraser Vacuum Cleaner.
6. All prize draws will be conducted in a fair and random manner and will be independently supervised.
7. Winners of each Daily Draw will be notified upon opening their online 'present' for that day. They will then be contacted by email (within 48 hours) to the email address used to enter the promotion to arrange delivery of their prize.
8. The Promoter will contact entrants by email throughout the promotion to remind them to check the 12 Days website to see if they have won. Entry into the draw is acceptance of this.
9. In the event of non-acceptance of the prize within a 28 day period, or if the person is not contactable, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
10. The winner agrees to the use of their name in any promotional activity following the prize draw and winner's names will be listed on the website.
11. Prizes will be distributed within 28 days of receiving contact address details from the prize winner.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or not received for any reason. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of the same or higher value where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Winner's names and town can be obtained after 31 January 2009, by sending a stamped SAE to Units 5 and 6 Archer St Studios, 10-11 Archer St, London, W1D 7AZ
17. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner's name and town for future publicity and promotions across all media.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, terminate or suspend the prize draw at any time where it is reasonable to do so.
19. Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

For Discount Voucher prizes the following terms apply :

3. Voucher Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

They send you an email with a personal link to check everyday after the 12th to see if you have won - so you can enter early if you want to.

reading these i think if you enter between now & the 12th you are entered into the 1st draw & then all the ones thereafter

because:

Maybe its a link to see if you won? as it clearly states in the T&C's you only have to enter once to be in all the draws
