Balance transfers Fees

Does anyone know off which cards offers free or low balance transfer fees and a resonably credit limit?

My capital one 0%(£4600 on the card) is coming to an end and I need a need card to transfer the balance onto.

Other cards I currently have with funds stoozed on them are :-
LloydsTSB - £12000
Virgin - £12400
Mint - £2400
