I changed one on a indesit machine and the only tool i needed was a screwdriver to unscrew the pump away from the machines metal work, everything else could just be unclipped.0

I double-checked the pump filter, and there was nothing in it, so I used a torch to have a look in the pump, and there was an elastic hairband tangled around the propeller thing, so I hooked the band with a screwdriver and pulled it out a bit so I could cut it, then just gave it a pull and it untangled itself and came out.
My washing machine works again!!
Have a BIG  , and regards to OH, I need his help again;)A thankyou is payment enough .0 -
