Could anyone confirm the interest rates between 19/6/2008 and 3/12/2008?
From 19/6/2008 to 14/10/2008, I had £12+K in the account. I closed the account on 3/12/2008.

Their rates pages only give current rate and previous rate.
According to eMoneyfacts, the account was paying 6.51% (the rate at which it appears to have been launched from this thread) when it was withdrawn on 23/10/08.0
