Graduate loan

Hi
In Feb, I go from bring a student to a graduate. I have been studying a nursing degree for the past three years.
I have a loan of approx £7k with HSBC at a redicuous rate of 13%. I have a really bad credit rating I think as I have regularly missed payments over the last few years.
When I graduate, what would be the best loan / bank be for me to go to to switch this to something with a lower rate.
Thanks
