We need a digital aerial installing (to get proper freeview) and have been quoted £115 for fitting and an additional £60 for 3 aerial points putting in 3 bedrooms, does this sound about right as I have absolutely no idea about these things

Sounds ok if it's an outside aerial, and they're fitting a distribution amplifier to feed all the oulets.0

hi, i would agree with mikey72 on this, it's a reasonable price for whats involved, check that they do replace existing ariel cable as a favorite trick is to charge for new but actually use the existing cable saving a lot of time and cost for them.0

Sounds very cheap!
When they add the three points, make sure that:
1) the cable comes through the wall and not the window
2) the tv points are recessed in the wall and not surface mounted
Specify this before they start as this is something I did not think to ask when I got my aerial installed last year. Cost me the same amount to put right the crap work the first guy did!0 -
I paid 70.00 ages ago for an extra aerial socket in the kitchen all they did was use a splitter from the exsisting box in the loft and bring the cable out from the roof and drilled the kitchen wall. I could have done it myself if I had realised it was that easy! So I think you have a fare price.0

That is a very good price!0

Also check what type of ariel they are fitiing, as this can vary massivly. The cheapest Digital Approved Aeriel can apparently be bought from the wholesalers for about £1.50!! I got one fitted in the summer paid £130 for a quality aeriel on a 6ft mast split at the mast and with 2 drop s through the wall, everything was new. The picture is great and well worth it, we have 2 trees in direct line of the transmitter and never get any interference. The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
