I have a very very grumpy 7 year old this morning to deal with, be glad when hes at school tbh as hes done nothing but moan since getting up !!!!

As requested!!

Uncooked Fudge

2oz Unsalted Butter
4oz Plain Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1lb Icing Sugar sieved
3tblsp single cream

Method

Grease an 8" square tin
melt butter and chocolate
mix all ingredients together and press into tin
Cut into small squares when cold.


First time of making it today, so shall we all compare later?? hehe!!
