I'd be tempted to call the newspapers, BBC, etc - am sure lots of people would be interested in how your insurance company treats its clients when they have a problem, and particularly one due to its own ineptitude:mad:. You and yours turning up with suitcases at the home of one of the chief executives of the company would make wonderful news......:D

Don't suppose you belong to Which? do you - they might be able to help.

Afternoon all. Just got back from a really posh do at work... fanfares and wine and everything! :) And only just over an hour left here too. Then tonight it's the Christmas party which I'm really looking forward to. But still no time to comp... apart from the 5/6 I entered this morning I've not entered any for a week! Argh!

RCB I really hope you get things sorted - your insurance company needs a good kicking!
