it should be ok it took us a while to work it, just click with you mouse where the name goes, dont put anything in, then use your arrown down key then all the name should show up just use the slide bar or scroll, the bottom names are hard to see they are there just press on the name and then should be ok

krailton, you may be in the invisible position number 6, people seem to vanish in that slot but reappear again when they are in a different slot. :confused;
