Still not getting emails to bring me to the new posts on this thread. Other threads are working fine just not this one. Just have to remember when I log off each time!!

I think Christmas is whatever you want to make it... a time for reflection and kindness, whether you get involved in the decorations, presents and trimmings or not, it's a time to look at yourself and make a christmas wish or two for the future.

Exactly Splodz, I think there comes a point where you have to do something for you - whether its partying, charity work or just some peace and quiet.
I do know theres plenty of organisations always on the look out for helpers for Christmas day for shelters and the like, or good old butlins - which is a serious consideration for us next year if we can talk mum into it
