Used to go mad and buy her allsorts! Unfortunately I don't get a Christmas any more - no kids, no siblings and since my dad died, mum won't even acknowledge it. I used to love Christmas too

It's been 5 years now, so I'm kind of used to it. I try to look on the bright side - don't put on any weight, don't spend anything, & get to catch up on comps on the 25th when the board's quiet

Don't need hugs or sympathy, but that's why I've not had as much to say in here - kind of hard to join in when all the talk is presents, food & trees!
