I have been neglecting lush past few days though getting back to it after I hoover lol.
Got lovely Lush box from comp win and TMK told me to get entering again and won one excellent:T:D

Ooo I hope all those that are going shopping have a stress-free time today... we popped into town earlier and while the roads and carparks are busy it wasn't too bad. :)

Yeh we did ours yesterday but will be getting fridge items Christmas Eve at 6 in the morning..:eek:

cathy hope you feel better...You know I think its all the worry of christmas and then there's all these virus's flying round.....I was up at 3 yesterday morning and 4 this morning cause couldn't swallow...Just keep using loads of soothers and the odd paracetamol but dont really take tablets so tend to suffer more than i need to...This time next week it will all be over_pale_

I dont feel ill just a bit depressed, rushed around getting pressies for everyone this morning and OH was still in bed when I got back 2hrs later, I am refusing to wrap any presents, he can do them!!

My DH never wrapped a present in his life but have to be honest he is golden...He gives me the money if I need it and at the moment doing us one of his speciality curries which takes about 3 hours. I was hurt yesterday when he didn't want us both to go to the factory to take a cd to his boss....Thats about the worse thing i get from john so I cant grumble. I think we all get down at times but take a deep breath and make a hot drink and just relax....As Toniq said yesterday to someone Pamper yourself have a hot bath and put some tunes on...Big hugs cathy hope your ok later..x

Hey cathy I know what you mean... there is so much rushing and preparing and organising and stress at the moment getting ready that we get extremely tired, but can't sleep anyway, and end up feeling rough and like no-one else is helping. Maybe you and your OH can wrap the prezzies together?

I also agree with the idea of pampering yourself this afternoon... enjoy a nice bath and relax. Everything else can wait a couple of hours.

So what are everyone's Christmas wishes/New Year's resolutions then? Anything you hope for next year?

We're off to Florida so I'm hoping that the holiday is as fantastic as ever. Before that though I want to get fit again and do the 10k in one hour (best time so far 1 hr 7 mins) and lose a stone in the process! The holiday is at Easter... what are my chances?!?!
