yeah thats what she told me on the phone!

good thing is, i only have £20 left to pay! As i have other things i bought on "buy now pay april 2009"
so i have 3 months to put that £24 to another debt and get it cleared faster, then start paying the £24 back to kays from April!

Hi sorry to post here on ur thread but i would like to ask something about kays as im kinda peed off with them atm.

I owed them £26.20 and I didnt have the money to pay so I missed one payment to them.

I got ONE letter to say my minumum payment has not been paid and I would be getting a £12 charge, anyway I logged onto my account now to pay the balance and they have added £12 debt collection letter fee and £12 missed payment fee!!!

£24 in fees so I called them and they said they will remove one of the fees. I told the person i want to pay my balance and I cannot afford to pay the £12 charge ... She said if i dont pay the whole balance £26.20 + £12 she cannot remove the other charge......... but i dont have it!!!!

I really want to just pay the £26.20 today someone help me plz!!

I may be wrong but I know with my catalogue these charges are written in the terms & conditions so think I would struggle to dispute them.

If they have taken one fee off I would be tempted to try and find the £12 from somewhere to get it cleared. Anyone you could borrow off short term?
When do you need the payment to be made by?
