ok so i got this months statement from my kays account today, i have an agreement to pay back £24 a month to it. Which i have been doing.
Along with my statement this month, they have sent me a letter saying that i have fallen behind with my payments, which i don't believe i have done, as i even made overpayments to it last month!
The letter has details of the last two payments i should have made:
1st payment required by the 27/10/08 - paid £24 on the 14/10/08
2nd payment required by the 22/11/08 - paid £20 on the 7/11/08 and £4 on the 10/11/08
as well as overpayments of £6 between the 11th and 18th of November.
The letter shows all of these payments.
And i also paid this months amount on friday the 5th, payment is not due till the 20th of December, so i am up to date on this months payment too.
I am really confused about this, can anyone clear this up for me please?

Have you tried giving them a call? I remember I was on an agreed payment plan for a catalogue and as soon as I made an over payment they took me off it and starting charging me :mad:Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Lol. Arggh for you. However at least it's all sorted for now - the sooner you get shot of them the better.
