VM - EPG (I Think)

Not sure where to post this, I have VM & V+ box, every night between the hours of 00.01 - 01.00am the EPG (is that what it’s called?) freezes on the TV screen, I’ve put up with this now for months, it’s starting to test my patience :rotfl:

Yes, I’ve called VM, and my query doesn’t seem to be on a script with those folks in India

Any suggestions?

    Got to bed earlier? ;)

No idea about the EPG as I've not seen the problem. have you tried asking on the VM Newsgroups? It's normally the best way of getting things sorted.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

Tell them you're going to Sky. It's amazing how fast you get put through to a British person. You can then explain your problem to someone who speaks the language.

On my 3rd call to them, I asked to be transfered to the UK, they refused, I asked for a supervisor, and got lost somewhere whilst being transfered, called back and again asked for a supervisor, the guy hung up on me
