Under threes nursery vouchers and tax credits - any ideas?

I've just called my son's new nursery school to get their ofsted number to tell tax credits. They've told me the three vouchers that we are entitled to SHOULD NOT be taken off the cost of the place, so essentially I tell tax credit that it costs £46.50 a week to send him, when 33 weeks of the year this will be subsidised. Much as I'm happy to take every penny my tax allows me to, I'm a bit nervous that this might not be right.
Can anyone advise/reassure me that I'm not going to get stung by tax credits in the next few weeks as a result?

ps if this should be in the benefits forum, please feel free to move it!

Hi Fairylights,
Not sure if you mean you're receiving nursery vouchers from your employer? Anyway, if you have a look on the benefits forum there are a few good threads on this
